山东一诺威（INOV）股份聚氨酯有限公司上海生产基地位于金山第二工业区，包括上海东大聚氨酯有限公司和上海东大化学有限公司。上海东大聚氨酯是一家专业的混合多元醇制造商，是一诺威集团在上海的研发中心。上海东大化学则专注于聚醚多元醇和其它EO、PO衍生物研发和生产，包括PU涂料和防水涂料、表面活性剂、特殊聚醚和聚羧酸减水剂单体。东大化学一直是聚羧酸减水的研发制造基地。
　　The Shanghai production base affiliated with Shandong INOV Polyurethane Co Ltd, located at the Shanghai Jinshan No.2 Industrial Zone, contains Shanghai Dongda Polyurethane Co and Shanghai Dongda Chemistry Co. As a professional manufacturer of blend polyols, Dongda Polyurethane acts as INOV's R&D center in Shanghai, while Dongda Chemistry has been a base focusing on R&D and production of polyether polyol and other EO and PO derivatives, which includes PU coatings, waterproof groutings, surfactants, special polyether and polycarboxylate superplastics. It has been the R&D and manufacturing base of polycarboxylic acid water reducer.

　　Shandong INOV Polyurethane Co Ltd, Dongda's mother company, was established in October 2003 and has developed into a professional manufacturer of PU raw materials and PO, EO downstream derivatives. Now it has four subsidiaries, including Shandong INOV New Materials Co Ltd, Shanghai Dongda Polyurethane Co Ltd, Shanghai Dongda Chemistry Co Ltd and Shandong INOV Chemical Trading Co Ltd with more than 600 employees.

　　INOV GROUP is the vice president unit of the China Polyurethane Industry Association and the director unit of the Pavement Materials Professional Committee. The group has an annual capacity to turn out 60,000 tons of polyurethane prepolymers and paving materials which can be widely used in the fields of mining, machinery, construction, shoe materials and sports, ranking first in the domestic market for many years. Its annual 40,000 tons of polyurethane blend polyols can be widely used in fields of home appliances, solar energy and construction, occupying the third place in the domestic market.
