Shanghai European-Asian Synthetic Materials Co Ltd, established in 1992, started the share reform in October 2018 and was successfully listed on July 14, 2020 with stock code 873465, becoming one of China's famous manufacturers specializing in R&D and production of thermosetting phenolic resin, plastics, composite materials and products.

Phenolic resins are widely used in the fields of phenolic molding compounds, friction materials, electronics and electricians, abrasive tools, coated sand, wood adhesives, fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials, aerospace and aviation. European-Asian has been chosen as a high-tech firm in Shanghai, Shanghai Jinshan Enterprise Technology Center, Shanghai Jinshan Patent Work Demonstration Unit, vice chairman and secretary general unit of the National Phenolic Resin and Plastics Industry Association, director unit of the Shanghai Plastics Industry Association and drafting unit of the national standards for phenolic resin and phenolic molding compound. To date, it has drafted nine national standards for phenolic resin and phenolic molding compound and participated in drafting four national standards.
In 2019, the company participated in the drafting of the national standard “Determination of Shrinkage Rate of Thermosetting Plastic Molding Materials.”In 2020, it completed the work to turn EASY brand phenolic molding compound EA-5583J into products and it's EASY brand phenolic molding compound EA-5551Je products were recognized as “2021-2022 Famous Brand in Shanghai Plastics Industry.”It's main products have obtained the US UL safety certification. Now it has 10 effective invention patents and 20 utility model patents.

EA-5553Je, a phenolic molding compound with good heat and baking resistance, has an experior themal stability temperature of over 230℃.
